PROCEDURE TO FIND THE IDEMIA L1 DEVICE (MSO 1300 E3 RD) INFO (ANDROID)
Pre-requisites
- Make sure the IDEMIA L1 RD Service App is installed on your Android device.
- Ensure the app is up to date from the Google Play Store.
- Keep your L1 device (MSO 1300 E3 RD) ready with a proper USB OTG cable (if required).
STEPS
- 1. Connect Device
- Plug in the MSO 1300 E3 RD device to your Android mobile/tablet using an OTG cable (if needed).
- Allow required permissions if prompted.

- 2. Open RD Service App
- Go to the Apps Menu → Open MSO 1300 E3 L1 RD Service App.

- 3. Click on the I (info) Icon
- 4. Check Device Details
- Inside the app, the connected device details will be displayed.

- Check for the Information such as Device Serial No., Firmware version, & RD Service version
- 5. Find Serial Number
- The Device Serial Number will be listed along with device model and Firmware.

- If details are not visible, disconnect and reconnect the device, then tap Refresh/Retry in the RD Service App.
If Device Serial Number is not readable from the back side of MSO Device, please follow these steps
Download and Install RD service Drivers for Windows and Android
Download and Install RD service utility for Windows and Android
Plugin MSO 1300 device to available Standard USB/ Micro USB slot
Run RD service utility to fetch the Device Serial Number & Device Model
